It seems as though the Lobos are anualy getting at least one player drafted. They don't always stick around, but at least they are there in the beginning.
This year's candidate is Marcus Smith. Taken in the 4th round by the Ravens, Smith will be able to learn the NFL with Ravnes new quarterback Joe Flacco.
Smith isn't the first reciever to go to the NFL from New Mexico. Terrance Mathis was actually a pretty good one. And even though Hank Baskett wasn't actually drafted, he is holding a steady spot with Philadelphia.
Which current Lobos will be drafetd? Hard to say, but Rodney Ferguson has a pretty good chance.
